Save this file in a convenient location such as your desktop, then double click to install. You may have to permit the installation to proceed. Windows 10 is especially argumentative, Windows 11 probably even more so!

The database files in this installation package will be updated towards the end of the marathon. See Update information for more information.

Marabella 4.006.01 adds a new warning class for callsign suffix changes and the ability to hide that class of warning.

Marabella 4.006.02 is a bug fix release: Exception calls could be mishandled, e.g. WB6BEE was confused with WB6BE and assigned to KH1

Marabella 4.006.02 is the 2026 version

About the Marabella help file

The Marabella help file is included in the installation package but if you'd like to review the documentation, including useful tips on installation first then you can download it using the above link.

Please note: your system may complain that this file is an executable and block it. If that happens, navigate to the downloaded file using file explorer then right click on the file and select Properties. At the bottom of the General tab click on Unblock and then you will be able to open the file as usual.

Anti-virus measures

All my software, including Marabella is developed on my Windows 10 development system, running one of the most highly regarded anti-virus products available. The anti-virus algorithm is automatically updated several times a day and I run regular full system deep scans. To the best of my knowledge all files on this site are 100% virus free.

And some words about privacy

All modern programs need to collect some data from users in order to run properly. Marabella will send your setup file to my server each time you run it or make changes. This is partly to enable the program update service but it is also very useful for me when I need to debug any problems you may be having. The setup file that is sent by Marabella contains no personal data. You can see the file, Marabella.ini, in the Marabella root folder (usually C:\MarabellaIV). No other data is sent by Marabella. If you are not happy that Marabella sends this information then please do not use the program.
